Registration Requirements for Foreign Products

When registering foreign products, certain mandatory requirements must be met to ensure compliance with local regulations. Below is a detailed outline of what is needed for the registration process

Application Charge

A mandatory application fee of €1,285.17 must be paid by the foreign exporter. This fee is non-negotiable and is necessary to initiate the registration process.

Conformity Assessment and Registration Tariff Charge

The tariff charge varies based on the type of product being registered

Product Images

If available, it is required to submit clear pictures of the product. This visual documentation supports the assessment process and helps in verifying the product quality.

Detailed technical specifications of the product are required. This information is crucial for the evaluation process.

Technical Specifications
Warranty Period

Information regarding the warranty period for the product must be provided. This includes how many years of warranty are offered and any conditions that apply to the warranty.

Shelf Life (for Consumable Products)

If the product is consumable, details on its shelf life must be included. This should specify how long the product can be stored before use without compromising its quality or safety.

Label of the product – if any available

All relevant documents must be submitted in person to our office via a GPRA accredited lawyer. Please note that all payments should be made in cash through the accredited lawyer.
